Causes, diseases and prevention from Blood pressure:

Blood pressure in now a days is not a rare disorder and Most of the patients of blood pressure suffer other diseases also.
As we all know a good health is a gift of God and if we suffer any disorder in our health we feel sick and unfit, in that case many of complexities are born in our nature in our health in our social lives.
 So it is compulsory to take care of your health and for that purpose you should be aware of all these reasons due to which you are suffering, to protect yourself. Blood pressure is a disorder which can’t be cured permanently. It can be of two types:

(   1)    High blood pressure which is also known as hypertension, is a dangerous disease which make the heart harder to pump the blood out of the body.

(   2)    Low blood pressure is also very dangerous because in this, blood pressure in your arteries is abnormally too slow, but if it drops too low it can be a risk of heart or brain failure.

Normal blood pressure:

As in last article we described Normal blood pressure:

  •        Normal:                               less than 120/80
  •        Pre-hypertension:            120-137 over 80-97
  •        Stage 1 high B.P:              140-157 over 90-97
  •        Stage 2 high B.P:              160 above/ 100 above


 (1)Causes of high Blood pressure:

  •       Being overweight/Obese
  •       High cholesterol level 
  •       Narrowing of arteries
  •      Too much salt in diet
  •       Lack of physical activity
  •       Smoking
  •       Artificial ghee
  •       Older age
  •       Stress
  •       Genetics
  •       High BP in family history
  •       Too much alcohol consumption
  •       Diabetes
  •       Intake of calcium potassium and magnesium
  •       People who have Apnea
  •       Can be causes by tumors that cause the adrenal glands(small glands which control kidney)
  •       Birth control pills witch have Estrogens and pregnancy can boost up blood pressure.

More likely people have danger of high BP:

o   Smokers
o   Have high salt in diet
o   Who are not active
o   Who are overweight
o   Who eat too many fatty food
o   Who are above 35
o   Who drink alcohol
o   African and American woman
o   Pregnant women
o   Women who take birth control pill

Prevention:

Prevention from high blood pressure is to control over the causes of blood pressure. By controlling oven these causes we can be prevented from such a bad disorder.

Symptoms:

It has no special symptoms for it but 1/3 people don’t know about this. This is very harmful disease which can threaten your organ and your life.

Diseases due to B.P:

First of all I want to discuss how blood pressure is caused. As I described in last article that “blood exerts pressure on walls of arteries is known as blood pressure”. If the arteries are narrow then heart has to pump with larger force which can be a harm to your heart or it can damage your other delicate organs.

     Ø  Heart failure: Failure of heart is due to the narrowing of the vessels in which blood has to be pumped against the heart. It is more like that if we take an example of a whose pipe from which water is rushing out, if we press the mouth of the pipe the water will comes out with high pressure due to the small place. It is more like phenomenon of heart.

     Ø  Aneurism: weaken vessel and their bulge which by rupturing, is life threaten.

     Ø  Heart attack: high blood pressure can cause thickening and hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis) which can lead to stroke or heart attack.

      Ø  Narrowing blood vessels in kidneys: this can lead to failure of kidneys.

     Ø  Narrowing of vessels in eyes: it can lead to blindness or weaken the sight.

      Ø  Brain hemorrhage: vessels of brains are so delicate which in high pressure of blood can be ruptured easily, and blood can spread freely in brain which lead to hemorrhage.

Tips to control Blood Pressure:


  • ·         Drink a glass of water with empty stomach
  • ·         Walk/exercise regularly in fresh air
  • ·         Avoid salts
  • ·         Avoid fried
  • ·         Avoid artificial ghee(most important)
  • ·         Eat fresh fruits
  • ·         Avoid tensions
  • ·         Eat grapes
  • ·         Limit Alcohol
  • ·         Limit tea and coffee
  • ·         Reduce sexual life
  • ·         Don’t move without shoes
  • ·         Take breakfast and dinner must
